At Pride Mats LLC, our customer is our number one priority. If there is a problem, please let us know and we will do what we can to fix it. When you place an order and use our site you are agreeing to our terms and conditions and we are agreeing to abide by them as well.
Pride Mats LLC is not a garage flooring manufacturer. We sell manufactured goods. We do not make the product, we are an online value-added reseller. All warranties are the manufacturer’s warranty.
3 YEAR LIMITED LIABILITY WARRANTY
The mat material will be free from defects in material and workmanship. This limited warranty assures that clear products will remain transparent. Please inspect all material upon receipt, and notify Pride Mats LLC of any manufacturer defects within 60 days of purchase. This warranty shall not apply and no warranty of any kind shall exist, if this product has been subject to abuse, misuse, neglect, improper storage, or alteration of any type or cause. This clear print media is for indoor use only
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The limited warranty stated in this document is exclusive and is made in place of any and all expressed or implied warranties or conditions, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, any industry practice, custom or trade usage. Pride Mats LLC, in its sole discretion, shall determine whether or not the product is defective or otherwise covered or not covered by this limited warranty. No action for breach of this warranty may be commenced more than one (1) year after occurrence of the alleged breach. This warranty is not transferable. Customer must notify Pride Mats LLC of all manufacturer defects within 60 days of purchase. Proof of purchase date will be required.
Pride Mats LLC is not responsible of incidental or consequential damages. All information is provided “As Is” and is believed accurate as of the time of publication.
Some states give you extra rights or specific rights which may or may not be described here.
EXCLUSIVE REMEDY
Buyer’s remedy for breach of this warranty is repair or replacement, at Pride Mats LLC’s option, within a reasonable time after notice of defect. In the event that Pride Mats LLC is unable to repair such product, at its option, shall either replace the defective product or refund the purchase price thereof. These remedies are the exclusive remedies for breach of this limited warranty. Pride Mats, LLC shall not be liable for any other charges incurred, including installation cost, as a result of a defective product. In the event that Buyer makes any claim under this warranty, Pride Mats LLC reserves the right to require any product to be returned for inspection at Buyer’s expense, subject to refund upon valid warranty claim, to the Pride Mats office in Moultonborough, NH. No employee of Pride Mats LLC or any other person is authorized to make any additional warranty or to change this warranty. This specified warranty supersedes any alterations either verbal or written, etc. Only Pride Mats LLC is authorized to provide warranty service.
CLEANING AND CARE
Keep surfaces clean by frequently removing dry soil with a broom or vacuum. Brush or sweep with cool water using a broom or sponge squeegee. Surface is easily washed with soap and water. Mild soaps and other commercial detergents suitable for vinyl floors are usually effective. Never leave harsh detergents or chemicals on product. Built up soil may require mopping or scrubbing with a water solution containing a mild cleaner recommended for vinyl flooring. Do not drench or flood the floor as this will loosen the adhesive bond creating a hazard. Our mats do not require waxing or sealing, as it will negatively impact slip resistance. Mineral spirits is acceptable for use on difficult mars such as heel marks, crayons, paints, and inks. Ensure that any chemical residue is thoroughly flushed from the surface immediately after use. Our mats products are stain resistant, but not stain proof. Certain dyes, inks, rubber tires, and chemicals may cause permanent staining. Never use harsh chemicals such as tar remover or kerosene on this product as they can damage the surface.
WARRANTY CAUTION – SAFETY WARNING
Any floor surface may become slippery when moisture or debris is present. Proper care and cleaning of vinyl flooring will reduce the likelihood of slips and falls. Always wipe up any spills or fluids to prevent hazardous, slippery conditions.
PRICING
We do our best to keep pricing up to date and accurate. We reserve the right to correct misprints and refuse any sale based on a price that was advertised but is no longer accurate.
PAYMENT
Pride Mats LLC will charge your credit card or other payment method at the time the order is placed, even though your order may not ship that same day. Most orders ship within 2 business days and with the exception of custom products or backorders. Larger orders, custom orders and backorders can take longer to ship. Please check with your representative for details.
SHIPPING
Pride Mats LLC Free shipping offer is valid in the contagious United States only. Pride Mats LLC can ship to Alaska, Hawaii and certain foreign countries on a quoted basis only.
Free Shipping utilizes the least expensive method of shipping available to us for a given product and ultimately, we make the decision as to what method we will use. Our first choice is FedEx ground. 10′ Material, multiple rolls of 9′ material and other large orders may ship via freight. Freight trucks won’t leave the product. You will need to be home and you may need to assist in unloading. Free shipping does not include lift gates or inside delivery unless otherwise requested. Freight companies may call you and say we have a 500-pound shipment. Do not be alarmed. Often multiple rolls are put on a single pallet, but the rolls can be unloaded one roll at a time. Freight companies will typically call you ahead of time. If you need any special services, it is best to call us ahead of time as we can negotiate the best price. Damage to a shipment must be noted on the shipping document. Concealed damage must be reported immediately — typically within 24-72 hours.
Please note: On freight shipments to residential addresses the carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment and that appointment will have a window. The estimated delivery date is not accurate on residential orders. That is simply the date the order is estimated to arrive at their terminal. The method of scheduling the appointment and the length of the appointment window is at the discretion of the carrier.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS AND SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE THE CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES
Additional shipping costs will be incurred, and we will quote those costs prior to sending the order. Additionally, taxes, duties and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the consumer. If those fees are not paid the consumer agrees that we may charge 125% of those fees to the original payment method.
DISPUTES
In the event we disagree and have a dispute, you the customer and we, Pride Mats LLC agree to arbitrate that dispute with the Better Business Bureau as our arbitrator. Venue for any disputes is set as Carroll County, NH and the disputed shall be arbitrated under the terms of the Federal Arbitration Act.
RETURNS
Do not return a product without first getting authorization. You have 30 days from the time you receive your order to originate a return. To start a return, we are going to ask you to fill out a form online.
If you do not have access to the internet we can mail or fax you a copy of the form.
When we receive the product back we will inspect it to make sure it is in NEW condition. If it is in new condition a credit will be given less the original cost (to us) of shipping. The credit will be made using the original purchase method.
If the product is not in new condition, we can’t give you credit. We define new as being in a condition a reasonable person would accept the product and pay full price for it.
The customer assumes all risk for proper installation. No issue shall be considered a material failure unless all installation instructions were followed and documentation of a moisture test, floor preparation, primer and proper installation procedures. That said, we are not installing the product. The customer is solely responsible for determining onsite conditions that may cause product failure, proper preparation and installation. That said, we always make every possible effort to assist our customers with installation issues.
By visiting or using this Web site in any way, or linking to this Web site, you are entering into an agreement Pride Mats to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms and Conditions. You are also bound by all other applicable laws. This is the entire agreement between you and Pride Mats relating to this Web site. Pride Mats has the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time.
All content of this web site, including any software, is provided “as is” and without warranties or representations of any kind, either expressed or implied. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, pride mats disclaims all warranties and representations, expressed or implied, relating to such content, including but not limited to any warranties and representations of noninfringement of third party intellectual property rights, title, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. Although pride mats wishes the content of this web site to be accurate, complete, and current, pride mats does not warrant or represent that any content of this web site (including any software) is error-free, complete, or current, that use of such content will be uninterrupted, that defects will be corrected, or that this web site, its content, and the servers on which the web site and content are available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Applicable law may not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so these exclusions may not apply to you in whole or in part.

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
This agreement may be translated into other languages, but English is the official language of this agreement and in any conflict between the English language version and any other version, the English language version shall control.
Access to and use of Pridemats.com web site (‘Site’) is subject to this End User License Agreement (‘Agreement’), which is a binding contract between you and Pridemats.com If you access or use this Site, you hereby accept all terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, do not access or use this Site.
SECTION A – ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE
You agree to do business with Pride Mats LLC electronically. You
(i) consent to the electronic communication and delivery of all documents related to this Site and its Product/Content, as defined below,
(ii) agree that your agreement to this Agreement is a binding form of your electronic signature,
(iii) represent that you have internet access and a valid e-mail address enabling you access to Pride Mats website and to receive communications and documents electronically, and
(iv) represent that you have a printer or other device to print or save communications and documents, including this Agreement, and that you have printed or otherwise saved a copy of this Agreement for your records. This consent is effective until you withdraw it.
SECTION B – USE OF OUR SITE
You agree to use this Site in a legal and ethical manner at all times. You agree not to use, copy, modify, distribute, republish, reverse engineer, display, decompile, mirror, translate, disassemble, or transmit any of the Product/Content (defined below) or other materials on this Site without our express written permission.
This Site contains copyrighted materials of Pride Mats. The distinctive and original layout, design, and presentation of this Site constitute protectable trade dress under applicable federal law. In addition, proprietary names belonging to Pride Mats appear throughout the Site. The Site may also contain references to third-party marks, and copies of third-party copyrighted materials, which are the property of their respective owners. Any unauthorized use of any trade dress, marks, or any other intellectual property belonging to Pride Mats or any third party is strictly prohibited, and may be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
You agree to comply with domestic, foreign and international laws, statutes, ordinances, and regulations applicable to your use of this Site. You also agree to follow any other guidelines or rules provided or posted on this Site.
You agree to the Pride Mats LLC Privacy Policy which is incorporated into this Agreement by this reference.
Before any person or entity may upload or download any item to or from this Site or use the blog feature or use the Affiliate Referral Program, that person or entity is required to become a Member (‘Member’) of Pride Mats LLC. Membership is free.
We have no liability for any Product/Content. You are solely liable for all Product/Content that you download as a Member Buyer.
SECTION C – DEFINITIONS OF ADDITIONAL TERMS USED IN THIS AGREEMENT
All products for download on Pride Mats are referred to as Product/Content, and include, but are not limited to, computer files, models, textures, photographs, images, or comments, and other items.
SECTION D – INFORMATION PRIMARILY FOR MEMBER BUYERS
If you download Product/Content, you may not use the Product/Content in a manner that infringes the intellectual property of any other party. You may not reverse engineer any Product/Content. You must abide by the terms of the license granted to you under this Agreement, as well as any additional Member Seller terms included with the Product/Content.
Following your payment of any applicable license fee for any Product/Content, you may download the Product/Content and use it as described below. Your license to use the Product/Content is non-exclusive and is granted only to you as the original Member Buyer. You may only incorporate the Product/Content into a separate work or product such as advertisements, film, television, or the creation of derivatives based upon or using the Product/Content. The product itself cannot be part of the newly created content or be-republished in any shape or form; as a whole or preview/thumbnail.
Product/Content downloaded at no charge from Pride Mats (free) may be used only for personal non-commercial applications. Commercial-use licenses are only granted for priced (purchased) Product/Content.
Certain Product/Content with third party copyrighted or trademarked images, logos, brand names, etc., may require additional licensing, rights, permissions, releases, or clearance for non-editorial use. It is the sole responsibility of the Member Buyer and their legal advisor to determine, before purchasing, downloading or using any Product/Content, whether additional licensing, rights, permissions, releases, or clearance are necessary for the intended use of Product/Content. It is the Member Buyer’s sole responsibility to obtain any licensing, rights, permissions, or clearance. Member Buyers should understand additional licensing, rights, permissions, releases, or clearance may be relevant for Product/Content if the intended use involves religious groups or affiliations, pharmaceuticals, health care, tobacco, liquor, adult entertainment, personal hygiene, birth control, or any other area that could be considered sensitive, offensive, or immoral.
Licenses are non-transferrable. Product/Content may not be sold, given, or assigned to another person or entity in the form it is downloaded from Pride Mats. Member Buyers do not own any Product/Content. If additional terms and conditions are contained in a Product/Content description or in a downloadable preview file, those additional terms and conditions apply to the Product/Content.
If you use any Product/Content in software products (such as video games, simulations, or VR-worlds) you must take all reasonable measures to prevent the end user from gaining access to the Product/Content. Methods of safeguarding the Product/Content include but are not limited to:
– Using a proprietary disc format such as Xbox 360, Playstation 3, etc.
– Using a proprietary Product/Content format.
– Using a proprietary and/or password protected database or resource file that stores the Product/Content data.
– Encrypting the Product/Content data.
Product/Content returned to Pride Mats for refund must be destroyed by the Member Buyer; the license to use any Product/Content is revoked at the time Product/Content is returned.
Product/Content obtained by means of theft or fraudulent activity of any kind is not granted a license.
SECTION E – GENERAL INFORMATION
You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your Member user ID. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your user ID and password.
Members agree to register using a valid email address they are entitled to use that is not hosted by any temporary email service.
Pride Mats may provide interactive areas (such as blogs, etc.) where content is not confidential. Members should exercise the utmost discretion before providing any personal information on these interactive areas of the Site. Users of interactive areas are solely responsible for the content and consequences of anything they post. Pride Mats will have no liability for content and consequences of such postings.
Although Pride Mats is not obligated to monitor content or accuracy of information on the Site, we retain the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to monitor, edit, prohibit, or remove any Product/Content, at any time, without notice, for any reason. Because Product/Content is delivered via the Internet, there may be some circumstances where the delivery of Product/Content is delayed. In no event will Pride Mats be liable for any delays in delivery or performance caused by your failure to provide necessary and accurate information in a timely manner, or caused by circumstances or causes beyond Pride Mats’ reasonable control.
Pride Mats may terminate or deactivate the Membership of any person or entity for any reason at any time without notice.
Changes to this Agreement become effective for existing Members at the time an updated version is published on this Site. Notice of material changes will be posted in the “Profile” section of each Member account for a minimum of 45 days. By accessing or using this Site after such changes are posted, you agree and consent to all such changes.
SECTION F – DIGITAL MILLENNIUM COPYRIGHT ACT (DMCA)
Pride Mats respects the rights of intellectual property owners, and asks that its users and Members do the same. If you believe that your work is being infringed, you must provide our Copyright Agent with all of the following information in the form prescribed by Section 512 of Title 17, United States Code:
– A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed,
– A description of the material that you claim is infringing, identified with sufficient detail for us to locate it on the Site,
– Your address, telephone number and e-mail address,
– A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized,
– A statement by you declaring under penalty of perjury that the above information is true and that you are the owner of the copyrighted interest or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf, and
– A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner’s interest.
Once your DMCA takedown is received we will remove the infringing content and forward your takedown request and information to the other party.
You understand and agree that: (1) we assume no liability or responsibility for any third party Product/Content or material of any kind that is submitted to or posted on or through the Site by you or by any other users or third parties and (2) we are a publisher of any such Product/Content, and are acting solely as a Service Provider as such term is defined in the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
PRODUCT USE OF TRADEMARKS, COPYRIGHTS AND LOGOS
All logos and Trademarks are property of the original owners, Pride Mats LLC’s use of them is for illustration purposes only and has no relation with any vehicle manufacturer. We place this information on any product we sell.
When we use a drawing file or an image file, even if we modified it, and we paid for its use rights, you accept that those rights are transferred to you, and therefore you must adhere to the DMCR (Digital Millennium Copyright) Act. Pride Mats LLC will transfer the referred rights in an individual base to each customer that purchases a mat. For each customer that buys a product with the same drawing file or image file rights, Pride Mats LLC bought those rights in an individual base, such that the referred rights are individually transferred and not shared with any other customer.
SECTION G ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This section contains important information that you should read carefully. Because we cannot guarantee the Product/Content you download or access via this site is problem-free, our liability to you is limited, as described below. You are also agreeing to indemnify us. We cannot provide a warranty for the Product/Content hosted on this site it is provided on an ‘as is’ basis, as described below.
Indemnification
You will indemnify, defend and hold harmless Pride Mats, its affiliates, and their respective officers, shareholders, partners, representatives, agents and employees from any and all liability, loss, damages, claim and expense, including reasonable attorney’s fees, related to or arising from your violation of this Agreement, your use or misuse of the Site or Product/Content, or any infringement of any intellectual property or other right as a result of the of Product/Content or your use or provision of the Product/Content. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which you will cooperate with us in asserting any available defenses.
No Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL PRIDE MATS LLC OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, SHAREHOLDERS, PARTNERS, REPRESENTATIVES, AGENTS AND EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF USE, DATA, INFORMATION, PROFITS OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THIS SITE OR ANY LINKED WEB SITE OR TO ANY PRODUCT/CONTENT OR OTHER MATERIAL OBTAINED THROUGH THIS SITE, OR OTHERWISE ARISING OUT YOUR INABILITY TO USE THIS SITE OR ANY DECISION MADE OR ACTION TAKEN BY YOU IN RELIANCE OF ANY INFORMATION, ADVICE OR MATERIALS ON THIS SITE, WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES ARE BASED IN TORT, CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF PRIDE MATS LLC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you.
No Warranty
Pride Mats LLC doesn’t have complete control over the quality or legality of any Product/Content on this Site or the accuracy of any related information. It is your full responsibility to ensure the quality and legality of any Product/Content and its use. You agree that we have no liability for any misrepresentation, incomplete statement or failure to disclose any Product/Content data, or for any claims arising from a transaction resulting from your use of the Site or a business transaction you enter into using the Site. Pride Mats’ sole obligation is to permit Member Buyers to download Product/Content (as uploaded by Member Seller) upon payment in full of any fee set by Member Seller.
Pride Mats makes all commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that all material, information and data on this Site are accurate and reliable; however, accuracy cannot be guaranteed.
THIS SITE IS PROVIDED BY PRIDE MATS ON AN ‘AS IS’ BASIS.
